Seng Kang Field

Jul 26 – Every Sunday is our outdoor activities / healthy lifestyle day! In the evening, we will bring the kids to nearby park, field or playground. Jayden gets to cycle around the field while daddy jogs. Our little Jennabel and two nieces get to play pretend in the tent. While Mummy has managed to fly the kite up up in the sky… YOOHOO! =)

Upper Seletar Reservoir

Aug 1 – Is DADDY’S BIRTHDAY today and daddy love nature! So daddy suggests going Upper Seletar Reservoir for a relaxing picnic. Usually we will bring along Jayden’s bicycle and straw mat if we go outdoor. Jenn on the other hand, prefer to wander around with her feet… hehe! Look how serene this reservoir and we can even see some monkeys on the tree. Mummy was telling Jayden & Jennabel not to eat their snack openly incase those naughty monkeys jump on us… LOL!

Daddy’s Advanced Birthday Celebration

Jul 31 – Daddy is on-leave today and they have decided to go cycling at East Coast Park early in the morning after sending the kids to the nanny’s place. Although it has been a long time since mummy paddling on a bike but she still fit… hehe! After a long ride, they settle for BK’s breakfast and enjoy the quietness with little crowd on weekdays. Daddy has fixed an appointment at True Spa for a couple massages! Hmm… what a relaxing treats after early morning exercise, and then we headed to ION for window shopping =P

Marina Barrage

Jul 25 – We have not been to Marina Barrage so decided to go there. It was so crowded as we are not aware that today was the National day’s rehearsal. Just in time, we catches the jet fighters and helicopter with Singapore flag flew passed the sky =)

Steamboat Gathering… YUM!

Jul 18 – Mummy love friends or mini gathering, so here we are organising a mini steamboat just for our friends at home. Although we need to go buy and prepare the ingredients and stock, it was not much of a hassle to mummy & daddy. Glad that the adults enjoyed the steamboats… Thanks to Aunty Joanne who sponsored the Shabu-shabu beef slices… YUMMY!!! The kids were also having great fun driving around the vehicles! Look at the mess at our room… LOL!!!

Fun @Void Deck

Jul 5 – It was a rainy day, not to disappoint the kids and nieces; we brought them to the void deck to play. Jayden was in full gear and the kids were having fun riding around on their vehicles. Poor girl got no vehicle so just wandering and chasing them around… hahaha!

East Coast Park

Jul 4 – Daddy wanted to get a bicycle helmet for Jayden as he always emphasis on “SAFETY FOR THE KIDS”! On our way to Parkway Parade, we drop by East Coast Beach for a stroll and enjoy the evening sea breeze. After that, we went nearby HANS for dinner then Parkway to search for the helmet. Finally, got a nice stylo helmet and kids protector sets from GIANT… hehe! Look how happy the boy was while trying on his new bicycle helmet = )

Is always nice to see both the kids love, share and play with each others in harmony. I’m glad that Jayden will always try to give in and take care of his Mei mei. Here are some pixs which I call SIBLING LOVE… SIMPLY SO SWEET & HEART-WARMING!!! = )

Jennabel is turning 2!

Jun 27 - Is time to celebrate our sweetie's birthday! Time flies, Jenn is coming to TWO on 2nd July! We are celebrating inadvanced her birthday with our friends today.

We are doing BBQ at our favorite place (our block multi-storey roof garden). We like it here because it is private, windy, clean and very spacious for the kids to run about. As usual, mummy is the one who does all the planning, preparation and send out invitation to the guests. This round, Mummy has decided on HELLO KITTY theme and prepared all the goodie bags with Hello Kitty's stuff... hehehe! Early morning, after sending Jayden for his class we rushed to NTUC to buy some BBQ food and stuff although we have already ordered some from BBQ Wholesaler. The party started at 5.30pm with the help of Jenn's godmum and Yee Yee who came earlier to help out. Everything was in order, we have nice BBQ food, some cooked food for the kiddos, birthday cakes etc etc. The kids were having fun running around, blowing the bubbles, playing with balloons and balls. We have a great time catching up with our friends too.

The Little Big Club LIVE Show

Jun 6 - Mummy was very LUCKY to win 2 tickets for THE LITTLE BIG CLUB SHOW @Spore Expo! She knew about the show long ago but didn't want to get the ticket cos we are going to the Star Cruise next day. But who knows... hehe... anyway Jayden was happy to see BOB THE BUILDER 'Live' on stage =)

Sengkang Fire Station

June 20 - Mummy has long suggested to daddy to bring the kids to the fire station open-house conducted every Saturday. Finally we are here at Sengkang Fire Station, the Sergeant gave us an orientation and show us around. Daddy even tried on the water mist gun and we even sat in the Fire Engine / Red Rhino. Also a 'live' demo on how the Fire Fighter slide down from the 4th storey high pole in 4-5sec when the FIRE ALARM ring... Sounds very interesting isn't it... it was a good experienced and knowledge for us and the kidsl =)

Star Cruise to Penang & Phuket

June 7 to 10 - It was a Company's trip and also the kids 1st time on-board the cruise and Jayden was looking forward. For the past few days, Jenn was having cough and fever on & off. We are so afraid that she might have fever on that day and she won't be able to go with us. Luckily her fever subsided but still coughing away.

During the trip, Jenn's appetite was very bad, she didn't want to eat or drink and gets very cranky! That keep us worrying thru out the trip.... Sigh! However, the kids have fun at the pool, during the games, Arcade, taking the mini bus around Penang & Phuket. We travel in group during the stop-over, at least we can look after each others. Luckily Jayden has a buddy thru out the whole trip, that is Jacob! They clicked so well that they will missed each other if not together.. haha! Bought 2 toys for Jayden during the trip - a Jet fighter and Henry the Train (has been looking for it). Only bought a bag from Jim Thomspon for myself and 3 tees for the kids.

The Company also organised karaoke, gala dinner and some games on board which all the staff and family members can join in the fun! All the kiddos are given a present (kite) and Jayden gor a tri-scooter while Jenn got a play tent and float while participating during the games =)

Thomas Train Show @Marina Square

June 4 - After the show, Jayden asked Mummy about the Thomas's show as I have mentioned to him before. Not to disappoint the little boy, we rush to Marina Square to catch the 1pm show. Luckily we were just in time and not much crowd and managed to get a seat inside. Shannon was honored to be selected to go up the stage to answer a question. We had Kenny Roger for lunch (Jayden's favorite food - CHICKEN), he can everyday ask for chicken without sick of it (wonder why)?

After lunch, it was mummies SHOPPING TIME!!! We went crocs to buy 5 pairs of sandals (buy more get more discount)! We also bought quite no. of stuff for the kids at the atrium. You can see TWO SHOPPING QUEENs together sure a BIG DAMAGE in the pocket.... wahahaha! We even get to take a ride on Thomas Train around the mall. I would say this is a FRUITFUL DAY for us & the kids =)

Last but not least, we headed to DFS SCOTTS as Gucci shop was having a GREAT SINGAPORE SALE! Buddy bought a similar tote bag as mine with 30% sale... GOOD BUY! So 2 happy mummies + 2 happy kids happily went home finally.... =P

Not easy to shop with the kids but we ENJOYED each other companies.

The Gingerbread Man Show

June 4 - Mummy has booked the show long ago... since it was a nice storyline and she was sure Jayden would enjoy himself. This time we are going with Aunty Evelyn (Mummy's buddy) and her daughter Shannon. Although Jayden and Shannon age gap was about 2-3 years but they can click very well and Shannon love Jayden very much... hee hee! As expected, it was really a nice show with lots of characters and good moral story, even we adult enjoyed thoroughly.

Changi Terminal 3

May 30 - Kids just love going to airport (dunno why)? The place is big enough for them to run around, explore and enjoy the coolness in aircon. Skytrain is a MUST when you bring the kids there.. hee hee! That's what we like bringing the kids to the airport =)
